Apply for a New Glister Authorised Centre

1. The applicant confirms that all information and documents submitted in the Centre application are true, complete and legally valid. 2. Submission of an application does not create any affiliation, franchise, agency, partnership or right to use the Glister Eduversity name, logo, certificates or systems. Such rights arise only after written approval and activation by Glister Eduversity. 3. The applicant authorises Glister Eduversity to verify identity, registration, address, infrastructure, staff and other submitted details and to request clarification or additional documents. 4. The approved Centre shall follow the academic, admission, fee, examination, certification, branding, data-protection and operational policies issued through the ERP or separately by Glister Eduversity. 5. Student registration, marks entry, marksheets and certificates may be processed only for authorised Courses and through the approved ERP workflow. The Centre shall not issue unauthorised documents or make false claims. 6. The Centre is responsible for the correctness of student information, supporting documents, admission eligibility, attendance, examination records and declarations entered through its account. 7. Login credentials, OTPs, activation links and ERP access are confidential. The Centre is responsible for activity performed through its account and must immediately report suspected misuse. 8. Approval may be suspended, withdrawn or cancelled for false information, non-compliance, misuse of name or logo, unauthorised certification, unlawful activity, non-payment or conduct harmful to students or Glister Eduversity. 9. Fees, wallet credits, Course permissions, renewal requirements and other commercial or operational conditions shall apply as displayed in the ERP or communicated by Glister Eduversity. 10. The applicant consents to electronic communication and to storage and processing of application, identity, contact and operational data for verification, administration, audit and legal compliance. 11. The applicant confirms that they have read, understood and voluntarily accepted these Terms & Conditions and are authorised to submit the application on behalf of the proposed Centre.
